HOME conference announces lodgings, speaker

SCM has announced an exciting resource person and our lodgings for General Conference 2010! It’s not too late to register for SCM’s most important gathering of the year. Join with students and youth from every region of Canada for a unique week of activism, learning, training workshops and radically ecumenical worship. Deadline for applications: April 1.

• More bursaries for travel made available – Substantial bursaries are offered based on need – we strive to make conference accessible and desire that money not be a barrier – especially to reduce costs of travel for those farther away. All participants pay their own travel, unless they apply for travel funding (don’t hesitate! There’s lots) or need to use the SCM travel agent and reimburse us.
